Training procedure

The term MMA, which stands for “Mixed Martial Arts”, includes a combination of various fighting styles. These cover any area of ​​the fight. So tread, blow, clinch, throwing techniques as well as holding and task handles are used. The respective fighting techniques are learned individually, in order to be effectively combined in the MMA. In addition to kick- and thaiboxing, our offer also includes Brazilian jiu-jitsu. In the training session MMA then learned is implemented in combination. Due to the versatility of the combat areas, the training is very sophisticated. Nevertheless, it is not just for competitors, but for anyone who wants to keep fit with physical discipline and physical fitness. In addition, this type of training includes all the important elements of self-defense. It is important to us to convey the versatility of the MMA.This sport has nothing to do with glorification of violence or random fighting. On the contrary, the competitions are strictly regulated and the safety of the fighters has the highest priority. Fights are divided into different weight classes with strict rules.


In 648 BC., martial arts known as “Pankration” was Olympic. The fighters were allowed to hit, kick and use all parts of their body in this type of competition. In addition, it was allowed to wrestle to shift parts of the fight to the ground.
This mix of rules, both impact and ground fighting techniques, such as Grappling, allowed competitors with different backgrounds to meet. This gave rise to a mixture of traditional and non-traditional competition techniques, which together enable a wide range of fighting techniques. This full contact martial art is now known as MMA (Mixed Martial Arts).
