We, ``No Limit Fight Club``, have made it our mission to teach the students different types of martial arts so that they can defend themselves and also successfully compete in the ring with their opponents. This develops a far-reaching self-confidence, which helps to strengthen and balance daily life.

Martial Arts

We offer the opportunity to acquire several martial arts with our stand up course. One of our training sessions consists of boxing as well as kick and Thai boxing. Here are the respective martial arts techniques learned in the stand. Another training session includes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with wrestling. In this area different techniques are implemented on the ground. This includes both lever and strangle grips, which should force the opponent to give up. To strengthen the whole body, strength and endurance are specifically trained. The aim of the various training units is to combine the learned components in the martial arts class.
