Inspire children for sport
Sport and the associated physical fitness lose their enthusiasm from time to time. Thus, the everyday life of children is increasingly marked by a lack of exercise. That’s exactly where our work begins. It is therefore very important to get children excited about sports and to give them the ambition to do so. The goal is to turn obesity, posture disorder, lack of concentration and lack of assertiveness into discipline, ambition, strength, stamina, speed and a healthy level of self-esteem. Children who are physically fit are more attentive, alert and able to focus much better in their daily life. They are noticeably balanced by the given variety and the chance to exercise. It helps them in school and their interaction with others.
Martial Arts
Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu support these skills through sophisticated and coordinated floor and floor movement. Children are able to capture and respond to situations stand-up. Furthermore, they learn to use their strength selectively, both through training with pads and heavy bags, as well as in various partner exercises. This limits uncontrolled violence towards other people and promotes teamwork through fun in group training. In training, it is very important to communicate when the use of techniques is morally and ethically justifiable. Learned techniques are not meant to abuse them, but to promote one’s own physical health and fitness. Children playfully expand their skills and knowledge with a healthy level of discipline. Through conscious warm-up and stretching, child-oriented strength training, as well as a final, shared cool-down the kids experience more body awareness.
We have made it our mission to accompany and support the happy faces and positive development of the children!
